The TS III Qualifier assembly process monitor can eliminate many common fasteners -related assembly errors by monitoring every fastener inserted into your assembly. When used with an electric torque control driver, it insures all required fasteners are present and have been properly installed to your pre-determined torque value. When cross-threaded, stripped or missing fasteners occur. It sounds a warning and provides a visual display of the problem.

The TSIII has a new Auto-calibration feature. At the push of a button, the TS III goes into a "learn-on-the-job" mode. Now, correctly install a fastener into the assembly and the TS III will monitor and capture the proper parameters for that installation. You can capture and store eight separate fastener assembly application with the TSIII Qualifier assembly process monitor. It is that simple….no extra equipment such as a computer is required.

The TS III has true built-in error-proofing capability when this feature is activated and the proper work piece sensor is present. The TS III Qualifier assembly process monitor will cut power to the assembly tool if the work piece is removed from workstation before all required fasteners are installed. A password protected reset is required to continue assembly.
