In 2005, H.F. Wilson formed
a division to support customers in the service
sector. We created a services group within
our company for product installation management and
maintenance services for products that are
deployed in the Outside Plant environment
and Mobile Technology systems. Since 2005
we have been installing and managing one
of the largest telecom fleet of vehicles
with GPS systems in the nation. Our services
include project management of the entire
process from initial concept, to final deployment
and post deployment maintenance services.
Our entire team of installation management professionals is spread
over 13 states and is continuing to expand
into other regions supporting our customers.
The installation management service includes consulting, logistics
planning and asset management, installation
design and engineering, deployment, project
management, product staging and kitting,
maintenance, installation service and support.
Our installation management workforce is comprised of a highly trained
and experienced technicians / management
staff who have more than 30 years of background
in this business.
The knowledge base within
our installation management team has enabled us to create a proprietary
Web-based Project Management, Scheduling
and Service Request Management System. This
application can be integrated into a corporate
ticketing system to ensure a smooth management
of the project. The product is called AIM – Asset
Installation Manager which, today, is also
available for companies to use via an ASP
Model.
Our installation management team has installed more than 35,000
vehicles and continue to expand our scope
of work. Currently, we are developing a maintenance
program to manage portable equipment maintenance
like generators and trailers.
