The kit contains the preparation and patching materials necessary to repair air leaks in polyethylene and lead-sheathed cables and splice enclosures. Components typically include sealant, putty, cleaning wipes, abrasive cloth, mixing and application tools, gloves, primer (for polyethylene applications), and detailed instructions.
