The 8300 series plastic tool case is a rugged, durable tool case designed to safely hold any tools for field repair work. This series of plastic tool cases is made of ultra tough high molecular polyethylene plastic with vertical ribbing for added strength. It has a rugged aluminum frame, two locking draw bolt latches, long-life positive action lid stays, molded-in feet, a full piano hinge, and a high impact padded handle. All 8300 series cases accept optional 14-inch large tool case pallets. The accessory latch and handle replacement kit is part number 09-5197 (chrome). *The 8303 will not HOLD a wing pallet in the lid
