In 2005, H.F. Wilson formed a division to support customers in the service sector. We created a services group within our company to manage the installation and maintenance services for products that are deployed in the Outside Plant environment and Mobile Technology systems. Since 2005 we have been installing and managing one of the largest telecom fleet of vehicles with GPS systems in the nation. Our services include project management of the entire process from initial concept, to final deployment and post deployment maintenance services. |

The knowledge base within our company has enabled us to create a proprietary Web-based Project Management, Scheduling and Service Request Management System. This application can be integrated into a corporate ticketing system to ensure a smooth management of the project. The product is called AIM – Asset Installation Manager which, today, is also available for companies to use via an ASP Model. |

We have installed more than 35,000 vehicles and continue to expand our scope of work. Currently, we are developing a maintenance program to manage portable equipment maintenance like generators and trailers. |
